Paranoia part of Tour Pressure

Cadel Evans thinks something was amiss in that two of his countrymen didn't get to ride the Tour...on other teams. Allan Davis of Quick Step was a replacement for Tom Boonen, who got the nod at the last minute, and Simon Gerrans.

Cadel is a head case and he gave up. He says that Mt Verbier was "his worst day on a bike"? Nonsense, the people who beat him were people who beat him in the past and were expected to beat him that day - AC and the Schlecks, Sastre... Nibali is a comer, and ok, Wiggens was a surprise but there is always at least one revelation... Evans was faster than LA, Kloeden, VDV, Kreuziger and 150 others... just what did he expect? CYA time. I think Evans is headed for a pay cut and/or a new team.
